Nolan is for creative work — films, ads, characters, product content. A few things are never allowed. Violations can lead to content removal and account termination, and where the law requires, reporting.
Never allowed
- Sexual content involving minors, in any form, real or generated. Zero tolerance.
- Non-consensual sexual imagery of real people, including "deepfake" sexual content.
- Impersonating a real person (face, voice, likeness) without their consent, or content designed to deceive about its origin in a way that causes harm (fraud, election manipulation, defamation).
- Incitement to violence, terrorism content, or instructions for serious wrongdoing.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other rights you don't hold.
- Malware distribution, spam operations, or attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service or its models.
Your responsibilities
- Have the rights to every reference you upload (photos, videos, music, voices).
- Label synthetic people/voices where the law or platform you publish to requires it.
- Respect the underlying model providers' policies — their safety systems may additionally refuse content.
Enforcement
We review reports and may use automated safety checks. Consequences scale with severity — from content removal to immediate permanent bans. To report content: hello@trynolan.io.
